Dr. Volker H. Holl, LL.M. (Aberdeen)

Studied law at the University of Heidelberg, where he wrote his dissertation under Prof. Dr. Dr. h.c. mult. Erik Jayme and graduated with a doctor of law degree (dr. iur. utr.). Received a master of laws by research degree (LL.M.) from the University of Aberdeen, Scotland. Admitted as an attorney in April 1999. From 1999 through 2017 worked as an attorney at several large international law firms (since 2004 as a partner) specializing in corporate law, M&A, and real estate law.

Since 2011 worked as a lecturer at the University of Münster teaching the post-graduate course “Real Estate Law.” Appointed as notary in July 2020. Published various articles in legal journals on conflict of laws issues and international legal transactions.
